Kristin – you were wondering on Julie’s (dinnerwithjulie – isn’t she fab?!) blog about the different names for cuts of meat. I agree – it is frustrating. I’m canadian, but lived in the states for a couple of years and always found it a challenge. Try this site – it might help.
